Ravenna builds fewer than a dozen Casa Lomas a year, and each one is fully hollow-carved before the center block is fitted — a slow way to build, and the reason these breathe the way they do. The laminate maple body wears a deep Antique Cherry finish; the f-holes are cut and beveled by hand.
Loaded with a pair of vintage-wind humbuckers and gold hardware, the Casa Loma covers jazz, blues, and roots rock without breaking a sweat. Played lightly for two years by its original owner and in essentially mint condition.
